WHAT’S INSIDE
From purchase cost
to the next listing review.
The Card Seller Business Toolkit brings five everyday jobs into one workbook, with Setup and Overview sheets to help you get started.
Profit & offer calculator
Estimate what a single order contributes and work out an offer floor using your own costs, fee assumptions and target contribution.
Inventory
Track quantities and supported landed costs for up to 500 SKUs. Keep missing costs visible instead of treating them as zero.
Listing review
Review up to 500 listings using traffic, age and optional sourced comparables. Separate incomplete records before ranking actions.
Card shows
Record up to 250 sales and 50 event expenses so you can review sale contribution alongside the cost of attending.
Consignment

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
Built around

Check the fit for your workflow before the paid release.
What software will I need?
Excel is the intended environment. The current build was checked with Artifact Tool and LibreOffice. Native Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets have not yet been directly tested. Excel compatibility review is part of the prelaunch work.
Does it connect to eBay or identify cards?
No account connection is included. You enter or map your own records and confirm the card details and any comparable source. The workbook does not collect live sold prices or change listings.
Are the fee rates and profit figures exact?
The example 15% platform fee, $0.40 fixed fee and 8% buyer tax are editable placeholders. Use your actual rates and fee basis. Results estimate contribution before overhead, refunds and income tax. They depend on the records you supply.
What happens above the stated record limits?
Formula ranges need manual extension. The included ranges cover 500 inventory SKUs, 500 listing records, 250 card-show sales, 50 event expenses and 250 consignment sales.
Is the Seller Assistant included?
The workbook is a separate one-time purchase. A browser-based Seller Assistant is in private pilot preparation, with a proposed price of $29 per month. Subscription access is not open for purchase.
